Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT) London time will be processed the same day; those placed after will be processed the next business day.

Order Cancellations

You have a 24-hour window after payment completion to request cancellation before dispatch. Post-dispatch, standard cancellation procedures outlined in our refund policies.

Shipping Process

Our products get fulfilled bei FedEx, DHL, UPS and Wanb Express. The products are shipped by plane into the final country and from there will be delivered by trucks. We offer free shipping on all our orders.

Logistics fee for parcel refusal:
In order to avoid unnecessary shipping and handling costs, we charge a logistics fee of 15€/$/£ for parcel refusals if:

- A delivery is refused at the front door by the recipient.
- A parcel is not collected from a pick-up station or the delivery company within the collection period and is returned to us.

This fee covers the shipping and handling costs incurred and will be automatically deducted from the refund in the event of a return.

Please make sure that you accept your package as agreed or pick it up on time to avoid additional costs. Thank you for your understanding!

Lost or Damaged Items

• Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours to initiate a resolution.
  
• Lost Orders: If your order is lost, please reach out to us immediately for assistance.
