This policy applies to all products except IPL HAIR Remover which has 100 day returns policy described in Section 1 of this policy.
1. 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee for IPL HAIR Reover
We offer a 100-day money-back guarantee – completely risk-free. For our IPL HAIR Remover.
Important: The guarantee only applies if you provide complete and carefully documented proof of your application. Without full photographic documentation, the claim cannot be accepted.
How the money-back guarantee works
Before your first use:
Take a clear photo of the area you plan to treat before your first application. Be sure to include a visible date in the photo (e.g. by showing the date on a smartphone screen in the image).
After 4 weeks of use:
Take another photo after four weeks of regular use. Again, the date must be clearly visible in the image.
After 8 weeks of use:
Repeat the process after eight weeks, taking a photo of the same area with a visible date.
After 12 weeks of use:
Take a final photo after twelve weeks of consistent use, once again making sure the date is visible.
Once you have taken all four photos, please email them along with your order number and contact details to support@taalita.com
Our customer service team will review your request and guide you through the return and refund process.
Please note:
The 100-day guarantee is only valid for purchases made through our official online store.
Due to privacy and data protection regulations, documentation of intimate areas (e.g. bikini line or genital region) is not permitted. In such cases, the guarantee cannot be used.
2. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
Please note: The legal right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:
- The product is sealed for hygiene reasons and the seal has been removed after delivery.
- The device was customized or personalized specifically for you.
- The device was inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to its nature.

To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Email support@taalita.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization and detailed instructions.
- Return Packaging: Safely package the item, ensuring all tags and original packaging are included, and attach the return authorization form.
- Shipping: Use a reliable shipping service with tracking. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer or covered by us if the product is defective or incorrect.
Refund Policy:
Please 10 business days for your refund to be fully processed by your financial institution.
Return Period (Faulty/Incorrect Items)
For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, you must notify us within a reasonable timeframe. within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
You have a 24-hour window after placing an order to request cancellation before it's dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, our standard returns policy applies.
We will process the order shipped out in 1-3 day, and consumer can cancel the order before the general shipping time, that is within 3 days cancellation. And consumer have rights to apply a Return within 14 days.
Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund.
-If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
-If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
