Installation is very straightforward. You will receive a simple diagram to follow when your fountain arrives. It shows how the nozzle parts fit together. Make sure the fountain stands in sufficient water. This way, the pump will always be fully submerged.

Cleaning the pump is easy. The cover of the pump housing can be removed. Then you can take the pump out and rinse it under the tap. Rinse the pump housing as well, including the water inlet. If you need to get rid of algae or slime, you can scrub the parts with a small brush. Then just place the pump back in its housing, close the lid, and you’re done!

It’s a good idea to frequently change the water in your birdbath to prevent slime buildup. Note: Your fountain works best when the solar panel and pump are clean and free from dirt or foam.
